Wellspring

About Us

Our mission is to provide professional and comprehensive psychiatric care, psychotherapy/counseling services, psychological/vocational/intellectual evaluations, and education that are consistent with Biblical teaching and our Christian faith. All of our programs are designed to meet the emotional, physical, and spiritual needs of our clients. We are not affiliated with or funded by any particular church denomination. Our staff is comprised of highly trained, experienced, and licensed mental health professionals who are firmly committed to a personal faith in Jesus Christ. In addition to counseling sessions, psychological assessments, and psychiatric care, Wellspring Christian Clinic offers a unique 3-week outpatient Day Program. This day program is for those individuals who need more intensive treatment than weekly therapy but less intensive treatment than inpatient hospitalization. Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: Individual clinician hours vary, but the office hours of the administrative staff are Monday through Thursday 8:30am to 5:00pm and Friday 8:30am to 4:00pm. All appointment scheduling, phone calls, etc. will be handled during these hours.

Q: How do I make an appointment?
A: Please call during office hours and one of our administrative staff will assist you in setting up appointments and answering any questions you may have.

Q: Do you file insurance?
A: Under most circumstances we do not file an insurance claim form for you. Clients are expected to pay the full amount at the end of each session; however, we will give you a superbill, which takes the place of a claim form, after each session. If you wish, you may submit this superbill to your insurance carrier for reimbursement. The amount of reimbursement varies according to your insurance contract. Some insurance carriers will reimburse a percentage of your fee. We recommend that you call your insurance carrier to verify your coverage and reimbursement percentage prior to your 1st session. In some cases, our clinicians have special contracts with an insurance carrier that call for different payment arrangements than described previously. If you have any questions please call the office and we will be glad to explain it further.

Q: Do you offer a sliding scale fee?
A: Yes. This fee adjustment is based upon financial need. If you are interested in an adjusted fee, we ask that you complete a "financial disclosure form" which will be reviewed by the Clinic Director to determine whether you qualify for an adjusted fee and the amount of that adjustment.
